Celetania ~ Buddy list

You will be only able to see the online status of your friends. It shows if your friend is currently logged on and in the game. You should avoid adding players from whom you want to keep your online status secret into your buddy list.

Your buddy list makes contacting your friends easier and faster. You can directly contact players using their profile or simply clicking your friends name in the chat window.
