Artifacts

There are many locations in Celetania to find new artifacts. Ships can carry as many artifacts as you want at anytime and do not require a special transportation module for this task.

There are 3 ways for an artifact to be of use:

  • The artifact is being stored on a planet:In this case the passive property of the artifact is used. The passive property of an artifact can be seen on its description. To provide an example, an artifact can raise the quality of specific goods.

  • The artifact is being activated:If the artifact is activated, it gets destroyed and removed from the storage. The planet where the artifact was activated gets a onetime bonus. What this bonus maybe can be seen in its description. To provide an example, this could be a onetime generation of large amount resources.

  • The gate to the Celetanians:If you collect 5 artifacts in the storage of a single planet, you can open a gate to the Celetanians. This starts a challenging quest which you can only win in a team, but also provides the best reward. All of the artifacts that were used in the activation are hereby destroyed.


    • You can sell your artifacts to other players or neutral traders in trading outposts. Purchase of artifacts is only possible in trading outposts of fellow players. Artifacts can be stolen from planets. Quests can have artifacts as a mission completion reward.
