The spaceships of the Grogg

All the spaceships in Celetania are created in a practical toolbox. It is time to use your imagination on how to utilize and use weapons, drives and highly specialized modules in your ships! The planning and creation of your spaceships have a cruicial impact on the success of your fleet.

If we take a look at the ships of the Grogg, we will directly notice that they belong to a trader race. They do not induce fear and may appear clumsy. Be aware though, if configured right they will quickly dispose of enemies that may appear overwhelmingly superior at the first glance.

This is your chance to prove your abilities as you descend with your clever designed fleet on other players and triumph - not only by trading but also in battles over them!

The Chassis

Frigate

A simple and cheap chassis for small sized ships such as shuttles.

Loaders and small transporters that deliver cargo to the larger trade ships are usually built on this chassis.

Destroyer

A little larger than the Frigate, the Destroyer chassis is able to field more complex configurations, that are able to operate self-sufficient.

The Trade Council suggests this chassis for medium range transport as well as for escorting purposes.

Cruiser

The Cruiser is the backbone of every fleet due to it having the best cost-benefit ratio.

It has a large transport capacity and also able to protect itself without being in the need of any escort.

Battleship

Having the Battleship available, you can field the largest battle and transport ships.

Due to the amount of available offensive slots, noone that encounters this ship will assume that this may be a trade ship.

Carrier

The Carrier is the lead figure of a fleet. It is able to grant a large morale boost to the rest of the ships in the fleet and is able to produce low tier units far away from home.

The Carriers are not designed to act as material transporters and be cost-effective by doing so. Due to this they will usually act as a jump ship for the rest of the fleet for distant operations because the large distance to the next space station doesn't act as a hinderness.
